Below are some of my favorite tools that I personally use for daily self care, and just to feel damn good.

I love, love, LOVE Louise Hay's Power Thought cards. I keep one in my bathroom, I scatter them around my yoga mat, I shuffle and go through them in the morning when I wake up, and I always keep them as bookmarks.

They are a combination of Louise Hay's beautiful affirmations + illustrations that soften your heart and melt your soul into a puddle of love, love, love.

I am at a loss for words at how this book has changed my life. I initially found A Course in Miracles a bit dense to read, so I started with the Workbook, and every day it completely undoes all of the illusions I've created about myself, the world, and the people in my life. I can't stress enough what a game changer it has been and continues to be for me.

They weren't kidding about it being a foundation for inner peace!

Coloring is a form of therapy. Coloring affirmations puts me at such peace when all I want to do is relax with a little TV or music. And you're creating while you're at it! Such good vibe stuff.

I use Louise Hay's Affirmation Coloring Cook. It helps me connect with my inner little one, and puts me at ease when I want to relax, but too restless to sit and do nothing.

I use Doreen Virtue's Daily Guidance from your Angels Oracle cards when I need answers that I can't clearly see or hear. Spiritual messages come to us when we're open and receptive, but sometimes there's just too much static going on in our heads to hear them come through.

This is when I turn to my Angel cards for answers. It's the one physical thing I can turn to and ask questions directly, and get a clear answer.

I carry this gem with me when I want the wisdom and peace of the Course in Miracles, without heaving the big book everywhere.

Holy Shift is a daily message from A Course in Miracles for 365 days of the year, edited by Dr. Robert Holden. If you're not comfortable with starting the lessons in A Course in Miracles yet, this is a wonderful way to get a dose of its infinite wisdom in every day, by reading one passage a day. It's truly so beautiful.
